Betty's Beach is one of the most popular free camping spots in South West WA. It is located approximately 50km east Albany and has stunning views. It's great for surfing. This is a great place to bring the whole family together and spend some quality time together. Although it's not the ideal spot for large camper and rig trailers, it is great for smaller ones. It is ideal for small caravans or tents. You will not find many amenities, but it is a basic campground.

Marble Bar Waterhole is an historic waterhole located approximately half an hour from Marble Bar. It is located in the shadow of cliffs, and it is a great place to take a break and enjoy the beauty of the area. The water is clear and it is entirely free.


The Bibbulmun Trail is a popular hiking trail that runs along a 5-kilometer stretch of beach. While the trails are not difficult they can prove challenging for the faint-hearted. It's a great spot to see the natural landscapes of Southwest Australia. This area is rich in wildlife and picturesque landscapes. It's located 25 minutes south-east of Margaret River.

The Charles and Mary Eder Unit, a wildlife area near Oroville, is known as the Charles and Mary Eder Unit. It is a major wintering ground for white-tailed deer. It is open to all and includes a reader board. There are also picnic tables and toilets at the campground. You can also use the swimming hole. The paved access road can also be used year round.

Betty's Beach Free Campground allows you to pitch tents. It has limited amenities, but the views are excellent. You might choose a more modern camper park, if you travel with a larger vehicle.

For those who love fishing, the Gorge Lake Campground makes a great spot to stay. It is conveniently located near Ross Lake or Diablo Lake. It features a boat launch, tent pads and fire rings. It's also located in North Cascades. It is a peaceful, rustic, and completely free camping site.
